Reduced Plastic, Recyclable Design.

Fully recyclable Twine designed to use around 20 to 30% less plastic per bale, helping reduce material use without compromising baling performance.
Suitable for all balers

Suitable for all balers

Offered in two sizes: a standard spool designed for broad baler compatibility and an extended spool option developed to support maximum output on selected machines.
Proven Quality & Reliability Across Millions of Bales.

Proven Quality & Reliability Across Millions of Bales.

Proven through more than 3,000,000 bales worldwide, with testing across varied crops, terrain and weather conditions.
Tighter, More Secure Knots

Tighter, More Secure Knots

IMPAX® technology enables a finer Twine diameter that forms tighter knots, helps reduce slippage and supports consistently strong knotting performance.
Shock Absorbing Performance.

Shock Absorbing Performance.

Helps cushion the forces created during baling, reducing sudden tension on the Twine and helping protect knot security.
Extended Twine Length

Extended Twine Length

Provides substantially more Twine length than standard options for the same application, allowing more baling between spool changes.

Technologies

Innovative technologies designed to enhance to productivity and profitability of today’s professional baler

IMPAX® Technology

IMPAX® Technology uses a purpose-designed Twine structure to manage the high forces created during bale compression and ejection. By absorbing these stresses, it supports secure knots, dependable knotting performance and smoother overall baling operation.

Tips for Large Square Baling with Twine
Large Square Baling
Bale pressure should always be adjusted to suit the crop and its condition. In prolonged hot, dry weather, straw bales can be lighter even when the baler remains on the same pressure setting. In this situation, reducing bale pressure or moving to a heavier Twine can help maintain reliable performance.

For high quality large square silage bales, a few practical points are important. Aim for at least 40 to 50% dry matter (DM) so bales are well formed and fermentation can develop correctly. Reduce Twine box tension as much as practical because friction is generally higher when baling silage than straw. It is also important to remove as much air as possible from the crop and pack enough material into the top of the bale. If needed, reduce forward speed to increase the number of wads per bale and help avoid misshapen bales that can be difficult for an automatic wrapper to handle.
